SCAN’s partnership model includes employers, colleges and universities, workforce development boards, community-based organizations, training institutions, government departments, labor unions, and support service providers, with the SEMI Foundation as the backbone organization. SCAN, a program of the SEMI Foundation, also includes pre-apprenticeship programs and leverages K-12 programs to engage students in school communities to ensure a strong pipeline of diverse talent that is well-informed about the industry and has access to SCAN programs.
